PupQuiet quiets your TV or speakers the moment it hears thunder, fireworks or an explosion, so your dog isn't startled.

Quick fixes
- It can't find my speaker or TV. Make sure this device is on the same Wi-Fi, and that PupQuiet has Local Network access (Settings → Privacy & Security → Local Network). You can also add a device by its IP address.
- Roku TV says it is blocking control. On the Roku: Settings → System → Advanced system settings → Control by mobile apps → Network access: Default or Permissive.
- LG TV. The first time, choose Allow on the TV when it asks about PupQuiet.
- It missed a boom. Keep the device near the TV and plugged in, and give it a minute with the TV on so it learns your room's usual loudness. Higher sensitivity is in Settings.
- It lowered the sound when there was no boom. Set Fast reaction strength to Fewer dips in Settings.
